Beyond the Screen
Beyond the Screen

Create a new vertical 10-second cinematic screen-break illusion. Begin behind an audience in a dark cinema with red seats. A huge realistic dinosaur approaches through a misty forest on the cinema screen, then its head appears to cross the screen boundary into the auditorium. Nearby viewers duck and turn in surprise as the camera shifts toward a seated viewer, keeping the dinosaur close above the seats. Build tension, then a comic reaction; maintain coherent creature scale, theatre geometry and light. Choose a new dinosaur design and audience rather than copying the exact faces. Add a suitable original suspense-and-reaction soundtrack.

10 s

The Straight Line
He knew this door led downstairs. He opened it and died below. Footage shows him leave a safety marker, then curve towards the stairwell without visibly turning. Tracking was normal. The new build promised to steer him to safety. Why did it steer him here?

Whoops! Total... Intentional drift! You guys love that, don't you? Ashen? Hey, it's me. Keep this line open, yeah?

They forgot him, like he was never even there. But I remember. We remember. And he's just still waiting. And he's still waiting.

Move. 16 years gone, and I'm not just home. [Unclear phrase; the approved subtitle reads: “I’m the wild card.”] The game isn't about winning. It's about who gets to rearrange the chairs.
The President’s Nanny
I make beds, I remove stains, I'm just a contract worker. But one day, I picked up the wrong folder. Good, you're here. The state dinner seating chart needs your touch. Dad, she's not the aide. She changes my sheets. Now I'm solving state-level problems with a lint roller.

About

Create a short animated scene from the world you imagine: a clay moon above a paper sea, a hand-drawn character opening an umbrella or a tiny robot at a doorstep. Tell the HowWorks Agent about the visual style, the subject and one readable action. Describe the camera and materials that hold the scene together. Start from words for a new world, or use Image to Video when your own illustration should establish the opening. The result is a rendered video clip you can use in a larger edit.

Questions

What should I include in an animation brief?

Describe the visual style, the subject, one main action and the camera. Keep those choices consistent within the shot. For example: a flat-color bird makes one hop across a branch, shown from a fixed side view.

Can I request a 2D or 3D look?

You can describe either look in the brief. Be specific about line, shape, material and lighting, then judge whether the actual result fits your intended style.

Can I start from my own illustration?

Use Image to Video and add the illustration as a start frame. This text-led page begins with your description rather than a required image.

Will the same character stay consistent across separate clips?

Plan to review each clip against your character design. A shared description does not by itself establish matching character details across separate results.

Does this create an editable animation project?

This workflow produces a rendered video clip. Use it as footage in your chosen editing workflow; layered illustrations, character rigs and editable 3D scene files require a different production process.
