About
Seedance 2.0 and MiniMax H3 Max both offer tier choices for short video requests, but those choices do not mean the same thing. Seedance 2.0 supports 4–15 seconds, optional audio and output through 4K on Standard; its Fast and Mini tiers offer 480p or 720p. MiniMax H3 Max supports 5–15 seconds, includes audio and offers output through 1080p on Standard or Turbo. Its reference-led operation needs Standard. For a short social clip, plan the framing and sound first; for a larger output, check the actual resolution supported by the selected tier.
Questions
Can both models make a vertical video?
Both include 9:16 among their supported aspect ratios. Compose the subject for a vertical screen. With image-led input, Seedance 2.0 needs an explicit ratio while MiniMax H3 Max follows the image.
How do their tiers differ?
Seedance 2.0 has Standard, Fast and Mini; Fast and Mini are limited to 480p or 720p. MiniMax H3 Max has Standard and Turbo, and Turbo does not support reference-to-video. Check the operation as well as the tier.
Which model can produce a silent clip or 4K output?
Seedance 2.0 offers an audio switch and 4K on Standard. MiniMax H3 Max always includes audio and its current output range ends at 1080p.
Does Turbo make H3 Max the faster choice?
The tier is an available configuration, not a measured timing result for your request. This page does not establish a speed ranking. Choose by supported inputs and format, then assess the actual output.
How can I compare the scene without changing the test?
Use a shared 5–15-second length and a common frame and resolution. Record tier and audio settings, then inspect the same motion, recognizable features and sound cues in the actual clips.
