Using HowWorks safely

HowWorks is developed and operated by NEPENTHE DAYDREAM LLC. These notes explain how to use the service responsibly, protect your account and report a concern.

AI and fictional experiences

AI can misunderstand input and produce unexpected or inaccurate content. Game characters, relationships and stories are fictional. Do not treat generated advice as professional guidance or rely on a character or this support inbox during an emergency. Stop an experience if it is upsetting or no longer enjoyable; in an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate human support service.

Protect your account and information

Use your login provider's security features, do not share access, and avoid entering passwords, private keys, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads. Check the audience before publishing or sharing content. We do not ask for passwords or one-time login codes by email.

Report content or infringement

Email support@howworks.ai with the content link or game name, the issue and enough context to locate it. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the work and the material at issue, and explain your relationship to the rights holder. Do not repost harmful content publicly just to report it. We review reports and may restrict content or accounts under our Terms; we do not promise pre-review of every output.

Report a security concern

Use support@howworks.ai and include “Security” in the subject. Describe what you observed and the affected page, without sending credentials or other users' information. Do not access someone else's account, disrupt the service or extract data to demonstrate a problem. This page does not authorize security testing or offer a bug bounty.
